Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to join the on-site team in Blyth, United Kingdom, to lead safety-focused execution on Europe\'s largest data centre projects.

You will run toolbox talks, prepare progress reports, coordinate with trades, plan two-week lookahead, manage labour, maintain quality, and track subcontractor performance, reporting variations to the line manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly toolbox talks to keep safety and communication front and center.
• Prepare weekly progress reports, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges.
• Coordinate site activities seamlessly with other trades to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop two-week lookahead plans for upcoming works to keep projects on track.
• Ensure labour requirements are met in line with project schedules.
• Maintain exceptional quality standards across all mechanical works.
• Drive efficiency by ensuring subcontractors perform at their best.
• Communicate any variations or delays promptly to your line manager.
