PWS Technical Services (UK) Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor - Mechanical to lead and coordinate installation and site activities across multi-discipline projects. You will plan, programme and deliver contracts, manage site teams, and ensure QA compliance and safety.

The role requires a hands-on, diplomatic approach, with the ability to solve technical issues, liaise with clients and suppliers, and keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in installation or site supervisory role.
• Hands-on, diplomatic and pragmatic approach with clients and teams.
• Lead-from-the-front across multi-discipline projects.
• Understanding all stages of project delivery and ability to identify requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, programme and deliver contracts with regional teams and subcontractors.
• Take responsibility for projects from order receipt to completion.
• Attend pre-contract and site surveys, manage suppliers and subcontractors.
• Inspect on-site works to ensure QA and design conformance.
• Prepare WBS and work plans for contracts.
• Provide progress updates in regular contract meetings and suggest improvements.
