Job summary

PWS Technical Services (UK) Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to oversee engineering-based site installations across multiple UK locations. You will lead site teams, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires a strong technical background, an engineering trade qualification, and a full UK driving licence, with travel across the UK and occasionally overseas.

Qualifications

• Engineering trade qualification is essential.
• Experience supervising engineering-based site installations.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Willingness to travel UK-wide and overseas where required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the activities of the designated site installations and teams, providing guidance and structure.
• Ensure resources on site are managed to achieve cost-efficient project objectives.
• Oversee installation phases, liaising with site personnel, customers, suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Maintain budgetary control of resources to improve department performance.
• Assist with RAMS, lift/crane plans and HSEQ documents for compliance.
• Participate in site audits, inspections, surveys and pre-site visits.
• Ensure installations are planned and executed in line with policy while representing the company professionally.
• Work under deadline pressure in a calm, efficient manner.
• Help manage suppliers and subcontractors to improve safety, performance and profit.
