Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on commercial, residential or mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services (HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, public health).
• Experience managing mechanical subcontractors and coordinating site activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all mechanical building services installations on site and oversee subcontractors.
• Coordinate mechanical services with electrical, structural and architectural trades.
• Monitor progress against the construction programme and report delays.
• Carry out site inspections to ensure quality, compliance and installation standards.
• Ensure works comply with British Standards, Building Regulations and health and safety legislation.
• Review RAMS and installation details; attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Manage quality inspections, snagging, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
