?? Mechanical Site Manager – Heat Pumps, Solar PV & Heat Networks
?? Wolverhampton | Healthcare Project
?? Long-Term Contract | Start: July 2025

Are you an experienced Mechanical Site Manager with a background in delivering low-carbon technologies and complex mechanical systems? We’re working with a leading M&E contractor on an exciting opportunity based on a high-profile healthcare site in Wolverhampton.

?? The Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing the installation and coordination of mechanical systems including:

• Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP)

• Solar PV

• District/Communal Heat Networks

?? Environment:

This project is set within a live healthcare environment, so experience working on hospital or healthcare-related projects is highly desirable. You will ensure works are completed safely, to spec, and within programme timelines.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Site management of all mechanical works

• Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers

• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and site regulations

• Progress reporting to the Project Manager

• Quality assurance and snagging

?? Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager

• Background in renewable energy or low-carbon projects (ASHP, solar, heat networks)

• Strong leadership and coordination skills

• Experience in healthcare or live environments (preferred)

• SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant H&S certifications

?? Start Date:

• July 2025

• Ongoing contract with strong potential for extension
