Job summary

Bekk R Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Site Manager for a large scheme in Newquay / Cornwall. You will own the mechanical package, coordinate trades, and keep the project moving safely and efficiently on a sizeable site.

Responsibilities include managing installation teams, maintaining programme, ensuring quality and safety, and close collaboration with the project manager and client. National contractor with travel and accommodation support offering contract or permanent opportunities.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background in building services engineering.
• Site management experience with proven trades background (plumbing or pipefitting).
• SMSTS and relevant CSCS.
• Confident communicator and organiser.
• SC/BPSS clearance – British nationals only.
• 2 years of work in the Newquay area.
