Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee day-to-day mechanical delivery on a major project in the Leicester area. You will work closely with the Project Manager, engineers and subcontractors to drive installation across HVAC, pipework and other mechanical services.

You will lead site teams, manage labour and materials, review drawings and ensure safety and quality while coordinating with other trades to keep the programme on track.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering mechanical installation on major projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical services.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Good understanding of construction programmes and sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good health, safety and quality awareness.
• Experience on £5m+ projects is advantageous.

• Managing site quality and resolving technical issues

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager / Mechanical Supervisor with a strong building services background.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Proven experience managing mechanical installation on major projects
• Strong HVAC and mechanical services knowledge
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
• Good understanding of construction programmes and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good health & safety and quality awareness
• Experience working on projects valued at £5m+ would be advantageous
