We are working with a leading manufacturing business based in Wales, looking to expand their Service team to support growing business and client needs.

Working hours for this role are flexible – Our client can offer a 3, 4, 5, or 6-day working week (including Saturdays) for those seeking reduced hours or more flexibility. There is also the opportunity to allocate certain areas/locations and client sites depending on the engineer's location and preferred working hours.

The Mechanical Service Engineer will be involved in:

1. Service, fault find, diagnose, and repair various machinery – Shot blasting machines
2. UK travel to customer sites – Van and Fuel card provided
3. Overnight stays may be required – Expense allowance provided
4. Face-to-face customer interaction
5. Working as part of a team or independently

We are looking for someone with:

• Mechanical Engineering experience
• A valid UK driving licence – ESSENTIAL
• Willingness to travel across the UK to customer sites
• Open to candidates in full-time employment or retired individuals wanting to re-enter the workforce
• This role may suit someone who has previously worked as a Service Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Mechanical Service Engineer – Mechanical Bias
