Arcadis is seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to join a major data centre project in Finland. The role involves on-site oversight of mechanical activities, QA/QC, and coordinating ITPs and check-sheets.

You will develop BIM-based QC tools and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. We expect a background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in quality management on large construction projects, with data centre experience preferred.

Formación

• BSc or BEng Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Engineering preferred / BTech level.
• Extensive experience in a Quality Manager role on major construction projects.
• Experience on data centre/technology projects preferred but not essential.
• Experience in consultancy, general contractor or client-side environments.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee mechanical activities on site during construction, commissioning and handover.
• Review and approve ITPs and check-sheets and ensure compliance with standards.
• Benchmark workmanship and verify ongoing works against benchmarks.
• Develop QA/QC checklists and convert to BIM format for assets.
• Ensure contractors comply with ITPs and complete QC in BIM 360.
