Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to join our team for a major data centre construction project in Finland. The role will require on-site leadership of QA/QC activities, review of ITPs, check-sheets, and development of BIM-ready QA checklists.

Based in the UK with potential international travel to Norway (11/3 rotations), you will ensure compliance with project specs and standards, mentor site teams, and support commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality management on major construction projects.
• Data centre/technology project experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience in consultancy, general contractor or client-side environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CSA activities on-site throughout construction and handover.
• Review and approve ITPs, check-sheets, and BOMs; benchmark workmanship.
• Develop QA/QC checklists and convert to BIM format for assets.
• Ensure contractors comply with ITPs and complete QC checklists in BIM 360.
• Verify adherence to project specs, IFC drawings, codes and standards.
• Identify discrepancies, monitor resolution, and escalate as needed.
