Job summary

Our client, a UK leader in their field, is looking to recruit a mechanical QA. Reporting directly to the HSEQ Manager, you will ideally be a time-served mechanical fitter who has progressed into QA.

Based in the Birkenhead area, this long-term role offers weekend work and the chance to work within heavy engineering environments, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to assure product quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on inspection and quality checks.
• Experience with measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges, CMM, shadow graphs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in heavy engineering is advantageous.
