Arc Potential is working with an established contractor to strengthen its project delivery team by appointing an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee mechanical projects across Central Scotland.

You will manage projects from planning through commissioning and handover, coordinating labour, subcontractors and materials while maintaining programmes, cost control and client communications. A car allowance is provided and there are opportunities for progression.

Competenze

• Experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a proven track record delivering commercial or industrial mechanical projects.
• Experience in a mechanical contractor, M&E contractor, or main contractor environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services systems.
• Confident in leading site teams and managing subcontractors.
• Good commercial awareness, including project costs and budgets.
• Strong organisation, planning and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across live projects.
• Mechanical trade background, HNC or HND would be beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Arc Potential is working with an established contractor looking to strengthen its project delivery team with an experienced Mechanical Project Manager from a mechanical, M&E or main contractor background.

The role will oversee projects across Central Scotland and offers the chance to join a business with a strong pipeline of upcoming work, along with scope to develop as the company continues to grow.

The Role

You will manage mechanical projects from planning through to commissioning and handover.

• Review drawings, specifications and technical requirements

About You

• You will be an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a proven background delivering similar commercial or industrial mechanical projects.
• Experience within a mechanical contractor, M&E contractor or main contractor environment is important, along with the ability to take ownership of projects and manage delivery from site through to completion.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services systems
• Confidence leading site teams and managing subcontractors
• Good commercial awareness, including project costs and budgets
• Strong organisation, planning and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across live projects
• A mechanical trade background, HNC or HND would be beneficial
• Full UK driving licence
• Full right to work in the UK
