Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in the M&E sector from planning through handover. You will lead engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors, coordinating schedules and budgets while ensuring health and safety standards are met.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and budgeting skills, with experience in HVAC and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical aspects of multiple projects from planning through to handover.
• Lead project teams, including engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement and management of materials and project resources.
• Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and inspections.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
