Job summary

Brookfield M&E Ltd in London is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead a 10 storey commercial CAT A/B fit-out project in Holborn. You will manage on-site mechanical subcontractors, coordinate with the main contractor and design team, and drive programmes from short-term planning to handover.

Ideal candidates have proven experience delivering CAT A/CAT B fit-outs, strong subcontractor leadership, and in-depth knowledge of HVAC, pipework, plumbing and ventilation systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager delivering commercial Cat A/Cat B fit out projects.
• Strong background managing subcontractor packages.
• Excellent knowledge of HVAC, pipework, plumbing and ventilation systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage all mechanical subcontractors on site and coordinate with main contractor and design team.
• Produce and monitor short-term programmes and look-ahead schedules.
• Attend and lead progress, coordination and client meetings.
• Oversee procurement and material deliveries.
• Ensure health & safety procedures are adhered to.
• Carry out quality inspections and manage snagging through to completion.
• Coordinate commissioning, witnessing and final handover.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Mechanical Project Manager required for a established mechanical contractor delivering commercial CAT A/ B Fit Out mechanical installations across London and the South East. Due to continued growth, They are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 10 Storey commercial CAT A/ B Fit Out Project in Holborn London.

Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities

• Manage all mechanical subcontractors on site.
• Coordinate mechanical works with the main contractor and design team.
