This is a hands-on project delivery role where you'll take responsibility for high-value mechanical building services packages, managing projects from design coordination and procurement through installation, commissioning and handover.
The opportunity could suit an experienced M&E Project Manager, MEP Project Manager, Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager or Building Services Manager looking for greater responsibility and ownership of complex projects.
As Mechanical Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of mechanical packages across major residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.
You'll work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and construction teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required technical standards.
