King & Moffatt Building Services is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale projects across sectors in the UK. You will manage mechanical scope, coordinate plant and equipment, and drive delivery on time and within budget.

Familiarity with project specifications and the ability to collate submittals, manage variations, and report weekly progress is essential. SSSTS/SMSTS preferred; strong leadership and stakeholder management are required.

Formación

• Extensive experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong record delivering large-scale projects across sectors.
• Qualification in Construction/Project Management is preferred, SSSTS/SMSTS would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Attend project start-up meetings and manage all mechanical aspects to deliver on time and within budget.
• Familiarise yourself with project details and specifications; collate technical submittals through to approval.
• Maintain weekly progress reports and manage changes/variations; liaise with main contractors and site teams.
• Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment; ensure materials are available.
• Manage K&M handover process and participate in site meetings to ensure on-time delivery.
