Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical concepts.
• Experience supporting customer projects within an engineering environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple projects and priorities.
• Comfortable leading initiatives of moderate scope and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review and approval process for engineering changes within assigned product lines.
• Ensure BOM changes are complete, accurate, and supported by engineering justification.
• Manage engineering changes across interfacing components, systems, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate technical reviewers and approvers throughout the engineering change process.
• Communicate effectively across engineering, project, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
• Present technical information and project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Implement applicable engineering aspects of quality, safety, and compliance plans.
• Support collaboration within project teams to achieve delivery objectives.
• Work in accordance with engineering procedures, project execution plans, and company standards.
• Prepare engineering reports, work orders, technical documentation, and project records.
• Prepare, review, and approve engineering designs within authorized approval levels.
• Support cross-technology collaboration and integrated engineering solutions.
