Are you an experienced Project Engineer with a background delivering complex engineering projects within the UK Water sector?
Do you want the opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of major infrastructure schemes, providing technical leadership and assurance across a portfolio of multi–million–pound projects?
My client is a leading contractor delivering a significant programme of works as part of the AMP8 investment cycle across a major part of Southern Water's infrastructure network. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their engineering team with an experienced Project Engineer who can provide technical oversight, engineering assurance and delivery support across a range of complex Clean and Wastewater projects.
This is a key role within the project delivery function, working closely with Project Managers, Construction Teams, Design Partners, Supply Chain and Client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required technical standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting projects from early design development through to construction and commissioning, ensuring engineering solutions are robust, buildable and aligned with client requirements. You will act as a technical authority across multiple schemes, challenging designs where required, managing engineering risk and supporting successful project outcomes.
The role requires someone with strong experience within the UK Water sector, gained either from a contractor or client–side environment, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary engineering packages.
