Qualifications

  • Formal technical Engineering/Craft Apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3.
  • HNC or equivalent in a relevant subject.

The Role

The Mechanical Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for carrying out the production, repair and modification of company products to meet defined build standards and specification requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage versatile technical expertise to contribute effectively across a wide range of manufacturing tasks and challenges.
  • Operate confidently with tools, equipment, and precision instruments, ensuring accuracy throughout every stage of the manufacturing cycle.
  • Drive efficiency and productivity by meeting or exceeding build, inspection, and process timelines.
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation, capturing all essential manufacturing data and records.
  • Deliver superior craftsmanship and product quality, maintaining the highest industry standards at all times.
  • Champion compliance by adhering to all relevant manufacturing procedures, processes, and regulations.
  • Certify products to exacting standards, in line with established certification and approval procedures.
  • Support continuous compliance through active participation in audits and certification reviews.

  • Formal technical Engineering/Craft Apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3 and Formal further education certificate to HNC or equivalent in a relevant subject
  • The successful candidate should be a team player who is able to demonstrate customer focus. They should also have proven planning and organising skills and be flexible and adaptable.
