We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Mechanical Manager to join our Estates & Facilities team. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient operation of mechanical services across the Trust.
The successful candidate will provide specialist expertise in healthcare engineering, lead mechanical compliance and maintenance services, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You will bring strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage complex systems, contractors, and multi-site operations in a fast-paced NHS environment. A sound understanding of HTMs, statutory compliance, and risk management is essential.
