Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a state-of-the-art, fully automated factory in Bilsthorpe. The role involves mechanical maintenance and preventative tasks on automated production lines to maximise uptime and efficiency.

The position follows a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days and nights, 12 hours). The ideal candidate has a mechanical bias with at least 8 years in a production environment, an apprentice background, and Level 3 engineering qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in a production environment as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
• Apprentice trained with Level 3 Engineering qualification.
• Mechanical bias with a hands-on approach and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical maintenance and planned preventative maintenance on fully automated production machinery to maximise uptime and efficiency.
• Support a fast-paced factory environment and develop technical skills through internal upskilling opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to hit scheduled targets and ensure safe operation.

Salary: £55,000 - £55,500

• To live within 30 minutes from site
