Job summary

CDM Recruitment partners with a global manufacturing client to recruit a mechanically biased maintenance technician on a permanent basis. The role covers reactive and planned maintenance across the site, on a continental shift pattern with no weekends.

You will be part of a team delivering preventative maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and working on hydraulic and mechanical systems while ensuring adherence to safe procedures and collaborating with suppliers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Time Served maintenance technician.
• Hydraulic and mechanical knowledge.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and servicing equipment and machinery across the site.
• Preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Attending breakdowns and finding root causes.
• Working on hydraulics and other mechanical systems.
• Working safely and adhering to company procedures.
• Working as part of a team and communicating with suppliers and stakeholders.
