Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Bias Engineer to join our Liverpool team. The role focuses on maintaining domestic water systems to the L8 standard and ensuring heating and air-conditioning plant remains reliable.

You will inspect, diagnose and repair equipment on site, perform planned maintenance and reactive works, keep maintenance records, and work safely with method statements and risk assessments. NVQ Level 2/3 plumbing and basic IT skills are required.

Qualifications

• Time served plumber to NVQ Level 2/3.
• Experience with Pumps, Motors and Valves.
• Experience of operating Cooling Towers.
• Domestic and Commercial plumbing knowledge.
• Strong health and safety knowledge for maintenance tasks.
• Basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, diagnose issues and repair equipment on-site.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works.
• Maintain comprehensive maintenance records with Frontline.
• Ensure safe working practices with method statements and risk assessments.
