Qualifications

• Must have mechanical/maintenance background in commercial buildings.
• City & Guilds Level 2 is essential and proof of trade certificates is required.
• Experience with building maintenance and multi-skilled capability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor mechanical plant on site
• Maintain pumps, motors, seals and bearings
• Service AHUs/FCUs, filter changes and cleaning
• Support water treatment and temperature checks
• Plumbing tasks and basic electrical duties
• Monitor BMS systems and escort subcontractors
