Job summary

Une entreprise leader dans son domaine recherche un ingénieur de maintenance avec une spécialisation mécanique pour rejoindre une petite équipe d'ingénierie. Vous serez responsable de l'entretien planifié, de la réponse aux pannes et de la réalisation de projets d'amélioration. Ce poste implique également la construction et la réparation de machines, ainsi que des déplacements occasionnels vers des abattoirs.

Qualifications

• Qualifications en ingénierie pertinentes requises.
• Expérience en maintenance de chaudière souhaitée.
• Connaissances de base en installations électriques.

Responsibilities

• Compléter les activités de maintenance planifiée avec le système CMMS.
• Répondre aux problèmes urgents tels que les pannes.
• Assister à la réalisation de projets d'amélioration.

Job description

Vacancy: Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical bias)

Location: Leeds

Hours: Monday to Friday (07:00-15:30)

GPS are recruiting for a Mechanical bias Maintenance Engineer to join a small engineering team and support the growth of the business. The business are looking for a person with mechanical focus to complement existing team members, with a basic understanding of electrical installations.

As a member of the maintenance team you will be completing planned maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and working on improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete planned maintenance activities using the CMMS system

- Respond to urgent issues such as breakdowns

- Assist in the delivery of improvement projects

- Build and repair machinery

- Occasionally travel to abattoirs

Required/Desired Requirements:

• Relevant engineering qualifications
• Electrical Installations
• Boiler maintenance experience/qualifications
• Experience with CMMS (Desirable)
• Must be willing to work with animal products

Salary: Circa 35-40K (Neg on experience)
