Job summary

Invictus Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to support two Buckinghamshire buildings. The role covers preventative and reactive maintenance of mechanical plant, with a standard 08:00–17:00 Monday-to-Friday schedule and a 1-in-5 call-out rota.

The successful candidate will have City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, strong fault-finding skills, and be capable of working in commercial or healthcare settings. An Enhanced DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in a commercial, healthcare or similar building environment.
• Must be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical building plant and services.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Carry out servicing, fault-finding and remedial repairs on mechanical systems.
• Assist with commissioning and maintenance of mechanical plant and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation.

Salary: £48,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00) + 1-in-5 Call-Out

About the Role
