Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a state‑of‑the‑art, automated manufacturing facility in Bexleyheath. You will perform fault‑finding, reactive and planned maintenance on production machinery and drive continuous improvement to minimise downtime.

The role offers a 4 on 4 off days shift pattern, a salary of £48,000–£52,000, and real progression into senior roles within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced industrial factory.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding skills.

• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
