Pioneer-Selection-Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in Grays to join a blue chip industrial manufacturing company. The role covers preventative maintenance, breakdown response, and contributing to a robust maintenance programme.

The position offers day and night shifts on a Monday-to-Friday pattern in a heavy industrial setting. Ideal candidates will have apprentice-trained mechanical qualifications, strong fault-finding skills, and proven experience in UK manufacturing

Qualifications

• Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on maintenance across pre-planned, reactive and breakdown tasks in a fast-paced factory.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-planned and preventive maintenance as part of the maintenance programme.
• Attend to breakdowns to minimise downtime and keep production running smoothly.
