Job summary

Pioneer Selection is recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a state-of-the-art, fully automated factory in Bilsthorpe. The role focuses on mechanical maintenance and preventative maintenance on high-speed production machinery to maximise uptime and efficiency.

You'll join a fast-paced team, require 8+ years' production experience, apprentice-trained with Level 3 Engineering qualification, and live within 30 minutes of site.

Salary: £55,000 - £55,500

Shift: 4 on 4 off (days and nights 12 hours)

• Mechanical bias
• Apprentice trained engineer
• Minimum 8 years' experience working within a production environment as an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Requirements for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:

• Level 3 Engineering qualification
• Must have a great attitude towards learning and self development
• Able to hit the ground running, wanting to get hands on assisting the team
• A team player who enjoys keeping busy
• To live within 30 minutes from site

Desirable Requirements for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:

• Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK
