Mechanical Machine Technician/Tuner

There is now a great opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer based in Kidderminster and they are seeking a Mechanical Machine Technician/Tuner to join their team. As a Mechanical Machine Technician/Tuner your role with focus on the maintenance, fault finding and setting of tufting machines.

Mechanical Machine Technician/Tuner Responsibilities;

- Setting up tufting and other production machinery
- Fault find and relay the issues effectively to the Maintenance Team
- Assisting PPM of machinery
- Providing technical support to the wider production team
- Assisting with continuous improvement activities

Mechanical Machine Technician/Tuner Requirements;

• A good understanding of pneumatic or hydraulic machinery would be beneficial
• Previous experience working in either a Tuner, Machine Technician or Machine Operative position would be beneficial
• Previous experience in either setting, PPM or operating machinery is essential
• Proficient using Microsoft software packages
• Must be a team player
