Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Lead Planner (site based) to lead the mechanical planning team and ensure integrated Level 5 schedules align with project milestones.

You will coordinate with electrical, HVAC and other disciplines to confirm readiness, manage interfaces, and deliver weekly progress reviews and 16-week lookahead inputs. This role drives critical planning activities on large-scale developments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction planning, specifically within mechanical disciplines.
• Extensive knowledge of Level 5 construction scheduling and project planning.
• Expert understanding of multi-disciplinary interface management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the mechanical construction planning team on site.
• Develop and maintain integrated Level 5 schedules aligned with project milestones.
• Contribute to the 16-week lookahead and produce weekly progress reviews.
• Identify and resolve interfaces with electrical, HVAC and other disciplines.
