Location: Scunthorpe (with occasional travel to Grimsby and Hull)
Salary: 38,183 - 39,796 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, practical and theory-based training in mechanical engineering
Support learners through Level 3 qualifications and apprenticeship standards
Share industry knowledge and practices to help students reach their potential
Promote safe working practices and maintain a positive, professional learning environment
Contribute to curriculum delivery and continuous improvement processes
What You'll Need:
Level 3 (or higher) qualification in mechanical engineering
Industry experience in mechanical maintenance, ideally including hydraulics/pneumatics
Solid understanding of Health & Safety procedures
Good interpersonal and IT skills
A commitment to learner success and a passion for passing on knowledge
Desirable but not essential:
Teaching and/or assessor qualifications (training will be provided)
Familiarity with CAD software
Additional Information:
A full driving licence and own transport is required for occasional inter-site travel
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check
