Salary: £47,000 per annum + Unlimited Overtime

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm

Key Responsibilities

• Fan Coil Units (FCUs): Service, maintenance, and fault diagnosis
• Pumps: Inspection, repair, and replacement
• Toilets & Plumbing Systems: Reactive and planned maintenance
• Fire Alarm Testing: Weekly/monthly testing and compliance reporting
• Flushing Duties: Water hygiene flushing and documentation
• General mechanical building services maintenance
• Carrying out PPM and reactive works across multiple high‑end sites
• Liaising with clients and site teams to ensure service excellence

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in mechanical building services maintenance
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, FCUs, pumps, and plumbing
• Experience with fire alarm systems and water hygiene protocols
• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
• Excellent fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites
• Professional, presentable, and client‑facing
