Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Fitter (Progression to Maintenance) in Doncaster, on a Sunday–Thursday 14:30–22:30 shift. Salary £35,000–£40,000 with training, progression, and overtime.

You will perform PPMs, breakdown repairs, fault finding on production machinery, FLTs and HGVs, and help keep equipment running safely and efficiently while aiming for Team Leader progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Mechanical Fitter or similar role.
• Experience with production machinery, maintenance and electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• PPMs, breakdown repairs, fault finding and safety inspections.
• Work on production machinery, FLTs and HGVs.
• Maintain service records and support downtime reduction.
