Qualifications

• Experience as Mechanical Fitter in manufacturing/engineering environments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Apprenticeship/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, or substantial fitting/assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Build bare shaft pumps from engineering drawings.
• Assemble electric and diesel pump skid sets.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and bills of materials.
• Prepare pumps for testing and complete production documentation.
• Identify and report assembly and quality issues.
• Support and guide less experienced team members.
