Mechanical Fitter (Days Based) £35,000 - £38,000 (OTE 42k) + Generous Overtime + Tool Allowance + 42.5 hour weeks + Personal Use Company Vehicle + Progression within Company

Location: Exeter, Devon

Are you a Mechanical Fitter or similar looking for a varied role working on state-of-the-art machinery within a leading machinery provider that will provide ongoing routes to progress, whilst allowing you to massively boost your earnings through overtime?

This company is a leading plant and heavy construction machinery provider with numerous depots around the UK. They have around 25 years of experience and a team of highly skilled, dedicated engineers based in Stratford-upon-Avon, and are now looking to expand this team.

In this role, you will be split between the workshop and field across an Exeter patch with flexible hours, working on a range of construction machinery. You will work within a tight-knit team of engineers, diagnosing faults and servicing machines.

This role would suit a Mechanical Fitter or similar seeking a days-only, mobile role within a reputable company that offers a good working environment and work-life balance.

The Role

• Undertake Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance
• Work a 60-40 split between the workshop and field
• 42.5-hour weeks, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times
• Covering an Exeter patch with a vehicle provided

The Person

• Mechanical Fitter or similar
• Experience with Plant, Agricultural, or HGV machinery
• Able to commute to Exeter
