Caterpillar in Larne is seeking a Mechanical Fitter to join an elite assembly team. You will build and fit generator sets, fuel systems, and radiators, following engineering prints to ensure top-quality output.

Qualifications

• A formal Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in a relevant mechanical field.
• Proven experience in assembly or fitting, ideally within a lean manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Build & integrate generator sets, fuel systems, and radiators to standard specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering prints and sketches to plan build sequence.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble components to a high standard.
• Contribute to 5S and lean manufacturing initiatives to maintain world-class facilities.
