We are seeking a Mechanical Fitter to contribute to our projects. This role offers a stepping stone into higher-profile roles as the company expands. Whether you seek additional qualifications or further development, we support your growth.

The package includes a basic salary of £35k, with potential earnings up to £45k for up to 50 hours per week (including door-to-door travel time). Additional benefits and development opportunities make this a unique opportunity.

The Person:

We are open to candidates from various sectors and experience levels, but a strong mechanical background is essential (water/utilities experience is a plus).

You will use your mechanical expertise to oversee diverse projects, working with on-site engineering teams and applying hands-on skills. Experience with Penstocks, Motors, Bearings, Winches, Gearboxes, LOLER is desirable.

The Role:

You will work on the mechanical aspects of projects ranging from small to multi-million-pound projects. Responsibilities include design, build, maintenance, and installation, depending on client needs.

Most work is in water and utilities, but experience in other industrial sectors is also welcome. We value the right candidate most.

We are a 35-year-old M&E engineering firm designing, installing, maintaining, and commissioning sites. With a £40m turnover and ongoing growth, we have a history of developing talent, including two directors who started as apprentices.
