We are seeking a Mechanical Fitter to work on our projects. You will add value and use this role as a stepping stone into higher-profile roles as we continue to grow. Whether you're seeking further qualifications or more development, we support your career path.
We offer a strong package: £35k basic, with potential earnings up to £45k for up to 50 hours (more if needed), including paid door-to-door travel time (40 hours on site). Along with benefits and development opportunities, this is a unique career opportunity.
The person:
We are open regarding sector and experience but prefer someone with a strong mechanical background (water/utilities experience is a plus).
You will use your mechanical expertise to oversee various projects, working with on-site teams and applying hands-on skills. Experience with Penstocks, Motors, Bearings, Winches, Gearboxes, LOLER would be advantageous.
The role:
You will work on mechanical aspects of projects ranging from small to multi-million-pound projects. Responsibilities include design, build, maintenance, and installation, depending on client needs.
Most work is in water & utilities, but experience across industrial sectors is welcome. We value the right person over specific sector experience.

We are a 35-year-old M&E engineering firm designing, installing, maintaining, and commissioning sites. With a £40m turnover and growing, we have a proven track record of developing talent, with two of our Directors being former apprentices.
