Mechanical Fitter / Commissioning Engineer

Leeds + Worldwide Travel

Our client is a small engineering company established for over 25 years.They manufacture highly technical bespoke containment equipment that provides safe working areas for the pharmaceutical industry.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an additional Skilled Mechanical Fitter to join their highly skilled team in Micklefield, Leeds.

As a Mechanical Fitter you will be responsible for the mechanical assembly and fitting of the dust containment systems.

This will include:

• Mechanical assembly
• Testing FAT and SAT
• Dismantling, packing and shipping
• On site assembly (UK and Worldwide)
• Final inspection

About You:

• Essentially you will have a mechanical or HVAC background
• Ideally have industry / NVQ Level 3 qualifications or equivalent
• The ability to maintain high workmanship standards
• Excellent communication and team player skills
• Electrical qualifications could be beneficial
• Willing to work away (70%workshop and 30% away)
