Job summary

MJM Industrial Ltd is seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join a team at Heathrow Airport, maintaining the mechanical integrity of critical infrastructure and keeping systems running efficiently within one of the world’s busiest airports.

You will operate on a long-term basis in a skilled team, handling fault-finding, planned maintenance, and reactive repairs while embracing a safety-first mindset and flexible day, night, and weekend shifts with uplifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing and maintaining industrial-sized systems (airport, logistics, or manufacturing environments).
• Recognised mechanical qualification – City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 (or higher).
• Valid CSCS Card – essential.
• Flexible to work a rotating schedule of days, nights, and weekends.
• Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive, safety-first mindset.

Location: Heathrow Airport.

Pay: £25.00 per hour. Ongoing.

Schedule: Days, Nights, Weekends with uplifts for night and weekend work.
