Job summary

JDR Recruitment Ltd is recruiting Mechanical Fitters for a subsea equipment client in Aberdeen. The role is a 12-week temp-to-perm position via agency, with a guaranteed pathway to permanent employment on the client side.

You will need excellent hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge and experience with subsea equipment such as reelers and HPUS. A background in small bore pipe-fitting is advantageous; fitter experience is essential along with strong problem-solving and a proactive attitude.

Job description

JDR are currently recruiting for Mechanical Fitters for an established Oil & Gas services client in Aberdeen involved in the manufacture refurbishment and rental of subsea equipment.

This is a temp to perm position where the successful candidate would work 12 weeks through agency before being taken on permanently by the client.

Applicants must have an excellent Hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge and a background in subsea equipment such as subsea reelers and HPUS.

Experience in small bore pipe-fitting would be advantageous. Previous fitter experience is a must with effective problem solving skills and a proactive attitude.

39 hours week being 7am to 4pm Monday to Thursday with a 3pm finish on a Friday.
