Job summary

JDR are recruiting Mechanical Fitters for an established Oil & Gas services client in Aberdeen, involved in the manufacture refurbishment and rental of subsea equipment. The role is initially 12 weeks through agency before permanent employment.

Applicants must have hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge and a background in subsea equipment such as subsea reelers and HPUS. Experience in small bore pipe-fitting would be advantageous.

• Previous fitter experience is a must with effective problem solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture refurbishment and rental of subsea equipment for Oil & Gas clients.
• Work 39 hours per week on a 7am–4pm schedule (Fri finish 3pm).
• Temp-to-perm progression after 12 weeks through agency.

Salary: GBP36504 - GBP40560 per annum

This is a temp to perm positionwhere the successful candidatewould work 12 weeks through agency before being taken on permanently by the client.

Applicants must have an excellent Hydraulicand pneumatic knowledge and a backgroundin subsea equipment such as subsea reelers and HPUS.

Experience in small bore pipe-fittingwould be advantageous. Previous fitter experience is a must with effective problem solving skills and a proactive attitude.

39 hours week being 7amto 4pm Monday to Thursday with a 3pm finish on a Friday.
