Job summary

EA-RS Group Ltd in London is seeking a Mechanical Fire Systems Design Engineer to carry out design, hydraulic calculations, design reviews, and technical proposals across the mechanical product range. You will work within the design team, attend client progress meetings, and ensure designs meet codes, budgets, and deadlines while maintaining project documentation.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination, with a focus on safety and compliance across

Qualifications

• Experience designing life-safety systems with attention to codes and standards.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit for design, coordination and checking.
• Ability to manage detailed design packages and liaise with BIM/coordination teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce design layouts, schematics and plans, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Attend design coordination meetings and report changes to BIM Technician.
• Deliver designs on time and within budget, coordinating with delivery/commissioning teams.
