Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator in building services or construction.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and mechanical installations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience using estimating software and MCA systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of procurement, tender analysis, and contract documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare competitive cost estimates from drawings, specs and schedules.
• Coordinate with bid team and suppliers to obtain quotations.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs for HVAC, piping, and related systems.
• Enter costs into the estimating system and validate data.
• Support governance reviews and tender submissions.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and sustainable building solutions.
