The role requires strong leadership, extensive estimating experience in building services, and collaboration with procurement and design stakeholders to optimise supply chain and value engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in building services estimating or related technical roles.
• Experience preparing/me reviewing mechanical estimates in MS/ME environment.
• Leadership experience managing estimators or senior estimators.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documentation and identify scope, risks, exclusions and opportunities.
• Allocate tenders across estimating team and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality estimates.
• Review and approve estimates for accuracy and alignment with company standards.
