Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant occupational experience in Mechanical Engineering.
• Mandatory Level 3 or 4 Engineering related qualification.
• Good communication, presentation skills, and adaptability in a training environment.
• Enhanced DBS clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of mechanical engineering qualifications.
• Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.
• Train apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.
• Work in a supportive, self-motivated team environment with a practical focus.
