Job summary

Oakmoor Recruitment limited invites experienced mechanical engineers to become Trainee Tutors, delivering Level 3/4 training. Starting salary £37,500 with fully funded training and DBS clearance.

You'll mentor apprentices in a hands-on learning environment. This permanent full-time role requires at least 5 years' mechanical engineering experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver practical teaching with real-world context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within Mechanical Engineering.
• Mandatory Level 3 or 4 Engineering related qualification.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of mechanical engineering qualifications.
• Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners.
• Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.
