KLA in Newport, Wales, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Manager to join our Central Engineering team. You will lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering group, guiding projects across product divisions while aligning with global teams and stakeholders.

The role requires a solid mechanical engineering foundation and proven people leadership, with hands-on design oversight, design reviews and testing. Occasional travel to the United States may be required.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership of a mechanical engineering or technical team.
• Strong mechanical engineering foundation with ability to guide technical decisions.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across product groups and global teams.
• Excellent stakeholder-management skills with internal and external partners.
