Job summary

Procter & Gamble’s Reading Innovation Centre offers a 3- to 6-month Electrical Engineering Internship within the Process & Engineering department. You will work on live projects and collaborate with vendors to design, develop and deliver equipment for global partners.

Interns gain hands-on experience from Day 1, with customized learning plans, mentoring, and potential paths to a full-time role after graduation.

Qualifications

• University students graduating in 2028 and pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Process, Materials or related field.
• Evidence of passion and achievements outside academics; leadership and initiative.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on real live business projects from Day 1 with guidance from mentors.
• Collaborate with vendors to design, develop and deliver equipment to global partners.
• Participate in design reviews to commercialize concepts into production-ready solutions.
